Wouldn’t you like to be a Pepper to?

I’m a Pepper, She’s a Pepper wouldn’t you like to be a Pepper to? The Dr Pepper Company announced in March that if Guns n Roses released the Chinese Democracy Album that they would give free Dr. Pepper to everybody in America.

The Album officially goes on sale this Sunday. Dr. Pepper will honor the promise they made and will offer coupons for a free 20 oz Dr Pepper on there home page starting Sunday at 12:01 am and it will be available for 24 hours to download the coupon.

I am curious, How many coupons Forrest Gump would download? You saw him drinking all those Dr Peppers when he was an All American visiting the White House. I have not drank Soda Pop in 2 years but am going to get one just because I find it amusing to start with why Dr Pepper would even care about Chinese Democracy.

Are you talking to me?

Robert Deniro would definetly be asking this question in todays world.

You use to be able to tell who the crazy people were when walking through town. They would be the one’s talking to themselves and everyone knew to keep clear of them. Nowadays it’s a lot harder to tell because of wireless blue tooth head phones.

Just the other day someone was behind me speaking to themselves and I thought hey this is one of those down town crazies, only to later recognize they had a blue tooth head set, I still kept my distance as I hate people who talk on those in public very loud attracting attention to themselves.

I have also ran into real crazies on the street whom I thought had a blue tooth device to later verify that they were indeed crazy. In conclusion while in town it’s best just to keep to yourself and stay out of peoples affairs all together, and definitely don’t ask them are you talking to me?

Rock Band better than Guitar Heroe World Tour

I absolutely love interactive games such as Rock Band and Guitar Heroe. They are a lot of fun just to get a bunch of people together and look like absolute dorks while having fun at the same time.

Well Saturday I had a chance to try out the Guitar Heroe World Tour, I have already played Rock Band 2 many times since I do own the game. I have to say that in my opinion the Rock Band 2 was just a much better product. The vocals were not as clear as Rock Band 2 and I did not like the song selection quite as much as Rock Band 2's.

I also read recently that the Beatles songs will be on Rock Band 2 next year and with the release of the AC/DC sound pack I feel they are getting better titles. I don't like the drum kit for guitar heroe world tour as much as Rock Bands. The symbols are nice but it does not seem as challenging without a foot pedal.

I was hoping for Guitar Heroe to be as good but sadly it is not. I am amazed that given the fact Guitar Heroe came before Rock Band that they would be behind, oh well, maybey they will take this as an oppurtunity to improve and get better next year.

Obama Wins - United We Must Stand

Obama Wins!!!

Lionel Ritchie sang “Say you, Say me, Say it together, that’s the way it should be”

I cannot agree more with those Lyrics today than ever before. By now most of America knows that Barrack Obama is the President Elect. I did not vote for Obama but I am glad that he won in a decisive manner.

This country needs one leader that we can all get behind even if he is not the leader some of us voted for. Going forward this is not about Republican, Democrat or Independent, It’s about America. Until we as a nation learn to put aside our differences as a country the other Nations will use our divisions against us in negations, treaties, economic, and military ways.

It is time to focus less on labels, Democrat, Republican, Libertarian, Independent and look more toward the content and character of people and not political affiliations. You see, these political affiliations are just ways we divide ourselves, and it will be our demise if we don’t get behind Obama now.

Another great musician Charlie Daniels made a song named In America it had one unifying statement that holds true today “Cause we'll all stick together and you can take That to the bank that’s the cowboys and the hippies and the rebels and the yanks”
Charlie you words still hold true to this day. Our strength as a country is when we all stand together. We need to stand united and strong as a country now. We have no time for politics as usual.
